The Hulett family in Logan’s Greenbank use 26.4 kilowatts (kWs) of power, on average, per day.
They’re not a family who runs their aircon and it’s not long before the teenagers leave the nest.
With this in mind we designed a nice 10.36kW solar system to handle their current power usage with the family, pool pump and the odd bit work out in the shed.
Once the children have made their way in the world the excess power produced can be sold into the grid for an even bigger credit or used to power an electric vehicle down the track, seems to be the way the world is going now that EV’s have proven themselves.
